After working for one of Canada's major bank, TD Canada Trust, over a decade, Ali, has finally decided to extend his scope and horizon. He brings forward expertise and knowledge that he acquired over the years through thousands of satisfied customers, with customized financial planning and mortgage solutions.
A former Bank Executive who started his career over 11 years ago, he excelled through the ranks over the years with his hard work, honesty, and dedication. As a top producer with one of Canada's major banks, Ali, has funded over 250 million in volume. His career achievements follow his thousands of satisfied customers and their raving reviews.
Coming from a diverse background and growing up in New York, Ali, was always eager to help people. After studying 2 years in Baruch College, he acquired his Honours Undergraduate Degree, a double major, in Finance and Marketing from the University of Windsor. He has also completed many industry credentials such as CSC, IFC, PFSA, FP I & FP II to name a few. In recent years, Ali has successfully obtained his Mortgage Broker Licence, which takes him one step closer to providing a variety of services to his clients.

Samina Esha is President and Co-Founder of SETO Financial Inc., where she has served since 2018. Her professional background spans business leadership, journalism, publishing, communications and digital media.
Before co-founding SETO Financial, Samina worked extensively in journalism and publishing. Her earlier work includes years of freelance journalism for National Post and Gleaner Press. Her public writing spans economics, cities, culture and public life, while her Trend Hunter archive includes published articles across lifestyle, technology, automotive, pop culture and related topics. She has also worked in editorial and publishing roles with Black Moss Press.
She holds Undergraduate Degree in English Literature and Language from the University of Windsor, followed by Postgraduate in Journalism at Humber Polytechnic. Her leadership background includes serving as a President, Secretary and Co-Director of Communications for the Ontario Public Interest Research Group.
Her approach to business is influenced heavily by my journalism background: research carefully, communicate clearly, understand different perspectives and find practical solutions.
At SETO Financial, she brings her background in research, communication and publishing to the company’s business strategy, corporate communications, brand development and digital presence.
Today, her work combines business leadership at Seto Financial with independent writing and commentary on Canadian economic, financial, and social issues.
